Artisans from all over Texas will offer their arts, jewelry, pottery, and crafts for sale during BluesFest.

Check back here often for an up-to-date list of the artisans that will be exhibiting at the BluesFest and links to their websites.

The three options for vending are listed below. Please select the option that best applies to your product or service. All applications will be reviewed.

Authentic Handmade Marketplace Artisan Vendors - $150 for 10' x 10' Booth Space
Other Marketplace Craft Vendors - $200 for 10' x 10' Booth Space
Commercial Vendors - $1,500 for 10' x 10' Booth Space
Supporting Sponsor - $2,000 for 10' x 20' Booth Space and Logo Inclusion

Artisan and Marketplace Vendors:

  • No refunds will be given once participating vendors have been selected.
  • All items must be approved!
  • The event will be gated. Vendors will be given (2) vendor parking passes and (4) vendor entry passes for the gate; the passes will be good for both days. ALL other personnel will need to purchase tickets to enter.
  • Hours for the event are from (6PM-10PM)Friday, August 31, (2PM-10PM) Saturday, September 1 and (2PM-10PM) Sunday, September 2
  • Vendors will be allowed to close at 8PM but are invited to stay later if desired; however load out on Sunday cannot begin until after the crowds have left - this is sometimes 11PM.
  • No merchandise outside of designated booth space.
  • Security will be provided during non-event hours.
  • Unloading area will be designated and monitored.
  • Set up time: Friday, Aug 31, 12PM - 4PM Stocking/Restocking will be allowed on Sat and Sun from 8 AM - 12PM. ONLY! Vehicles in violation will be ticketed and/or towed. NO VEHICLE WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE SITE.
  • City of Bedford Staff/Volunteers do not help with the unloading of Vendor Merchandise
  • You will be required to supply your own chairs, tables, display boards, tarps for after hour security, etc.
  • All drawings for prizes must be approved in advance.
  • The City of Bedford reserves the right to request the removal of any items deemed to be illegal or in poor taste. Vendors considered to be in violation may be asked to leave the premises immediately.
  • The City of Bedford is not responsible for duplication of items among vendors.
  • The City of Bedford is not responsible for any stolen, damaged, or lost products, materials, or supplies during your stay
  • The City of Bedford reserves the right to exclude certain products, services or advertising to protect sponsorship agreements and endorsements.
  • No animals will be sold.
  • No motorized vehicles will be ridden or sold. (Exception: assist chairs used by customers or vendors)
  • No wheeled vehicles will be ridden or sold; this includes but is not limited to skateboards or rollerblades. (Exception: wagons or strollers)
  • No edged weapons or martial arts type paraphernalia will be sold.
  • No fireworks will be sold.
  • No distribution of political / campaigning material allowed.
  • Vendors will not utilize any device to amplify sound at the event. Festival “barking” or roaming festival grounds will not be permitted.
  • No glow or light up products can be distributed or sold.
  • All vendors must park in designated vendor parking lot. Two parking passes per booth.
  • RV parking is available for an additional fee.
  • The actual address for the event is 1900 L Don Dodson, Bedford, TX 76021.

RAIN POLICY: In the event that it should rain, management will make every reasonable effort to proceed with the event. If, due to inclement weather the festival grounds are deemed unsafe for staff, vendors and/or festival patrons, we reserve the right to cancel the event at its sole discretion and NO REFUNDS will be given.
